The word kuripot is often associated with utilizing money well. There is however also other forms of value such as time. You probably heard more than once of the saying, "It's not worth my time" or "It's a waste of time." The true kuripot realize this fact which is why it's so important to understand the value of time. Remember, "now" is a gift which is no coincidence why it's called the "present"


You don't need to be a busy person to save time. You just need to understand how to prepare. Invest in a a few minutes to save a few hours.

Here are some of the few scenarios where you can save time:
  1. Before going to a location like a restaurant, call! 1 minute could save you hours in line or worse, no available seats or accommodation. The same goes for meetings business or pleasure. If possible, meet online. 
  2. Check the real time traffic updates. There are already several services implemented by MMDA. Make use of it. Use twitter to tweet MMDA or install their iOS or Android app. If you can go to the location during hours with less traffic, do it.
  3. Invest in technology. Automation really helps. Knowing functions like pivot table in Excel may be helpful for those doing reports. I also have on my PC a good clipboard manager and auto complete hotkey applications such as Texter (alternative Phrase Express) and Transfz. 
By doing these time tips, you can have more time doing things that you feel are most important to you. What are your time saving tips?
