Good news to all Hotmail users like me. Microsoft just enhanced SkyDrive, an online storage service similar to Dropbox. New features include desktop apps and better syncing. Existing SkyDrive users can upgrade the storage limit of 7GB to 25GB absolutely FREE. Just head over and click the "Free upgrade!" button. If you don't have a SkyDrive account, you can simply create a Hotmail or Windows Live account to avail of the upgrade. SkyDrive now has a 2GB file upload limit compared to the previous 300MB. Get the SkyDrive app for your PC or Mac and seamlessly sync files on your desktop to your SkyDrive like Dropbox. Currently, I have almost 20GB worth of FREE storage on Dropbox from referrals and several other tasks which I will update through another post.
