Fitness First is celebrating International Fitness Week this March 19-25, 2012. Non-members can get to participate in this 1 week fitness program by downloading a FREE 7-day guest pass valid in all Fitness First branches. Each day, there will be various exercise programs that will test your physical health. This is a great way to try out different exercises and activities Fitness First offers.
